Here is the list of coupon classes in Central New York, ALL classes you must pre-register by calling the numbers listed below. Classes require pre-payment. Classes include Powerpoint presentation, and lots of tidbits of information!

Why Hello February, what do you have to offer?
Last month we talked about all the sales in January from chips and dip to health and fitness items. This month is all about the LOVE! Did you know that not only is it the month for Valentine’s Day but also this is the National Canned Foods Month!! What does this mean for us the consumer? Awesome sales to stock our pantries!
February 14th is Valentine’s Day and its all about the candy, jewelry, and gifts to show that special someone how you feel. Stock up on February 15th on party supplies such as Red plates, cups, and napkins, I don’t mind using red or pink paper products at 50% off or more do you? You can get awesome deals on chocolate roses, Valentine’s themed candy, and even specially marked food items labeled for Valentines day (I have seen Valentine’s advertising on fruit snacks, cereal, cookies, etc…)
When you think of February you think of red hearts why not learn about Heart Health in the biggest love month of the year! You can find stock up pricing on Aspirin, heart-healthy spreads and butter substitutes. Protect your heart and for more information check out the American Heart Association’s Website to learn more about keeping your heart in tip-top shape!
This month is the National Canned Foods Month and you will be able to find deep discounts on things like Soups and Vegetables. During this month think about donating some of these great deals to your local food pantry! This year it is called “Cans Get You Cooking”
The Chinese New Year on February 10th is guaranteed to bring some ingredients to make authentic Chinese dishes. Deep discounts will be on soy sauce, stir fry, and even Teriyaki.
Household products that go on sale this month are Electronics such as HDTV’s, indoor fitness equipment (because the stores are getting ready to stock outdoor fitness equipment) and even last years model of bicycles!
By the third week of February expect deals on Hot Breakfast items such as frozen waffles, syrup and pancake mixes.
Each month I allocate $20 to set aside to be used on adding these items to my stockpile. Do not break your budget trying to get a huge stockpile of these items but what you can and what you will use within the expiration dates. I myself have over bought and things have gone expired. Hope February is a great month for you and your family!

Extreme Coupon class, Oriskany Public Library will be having Jessica Jones from CNY Extreme Couponing, Thursday, April 17, 2012 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at the Masonic Lodge, 701 Utica St. Oriskany.
Entrance is in the rear of the building. The cost is $10.00 per person price includes, coupon inserts, hand-outs, and demonstrations. It will be a more hands-on teaching with a power point presentation. Learn the ins and outs, the correct way to coupon. Learn to be an extreme couponer.
